This is a restaurant inside Casa Grande Hotel. Being a Japanese restaurant, I ordered green tea, which they don’t serve here. They don’t have plain edamame, but only spicy and truffled. The Ume hosomaki was too salty because they put too much ume. Shimeji also too much soy sauce.VegetarianRamen(lamen) was bland and they included raw ginger which is strange…Yakisoba was okay. And finally, the wasabi wasn’t spicy enough, which means they need to replace it.Although the service was good, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends. They need a lot of improvement in the kitchen.

This sushi spot serves up fresh, tasty bites in a stunning setting. With Ronaldo as your waiter, expect top-notch service that makes your dining experience memorable. Will be coming back here.
