Horrível, pra não voltar nunca mais. As fotos e tudo de mentira.Tudo velho, geladeira velha, lençóis cheirando mal... toalhas encardidas, amareladas e velhas.Tampa.do vaso sanitário velha e encardida.Acreditem 2 dias lá e não tinha água. Isso mesmo sem água!! Os proprietários tinha que mandar água para os quartos pela bomba, super desconfortável. Chegamos da praia e não tínhamos água, quando acordamos pela manhã sem água de novo, tivemos que descer e escovar os dentes no banheiro que tem no quintal.Chuveiro quando funciona queima ou congela, vaso sanitário e pia entupidos. Ventiladores ruins que não ventilam nada e barulhentos.Café da manhã: coisas sem qualidade alguma, acredito que os alimentos são feitos lá, bolos e pães horríveis cheiro de fermento cru, pouca quantidade de suco.Atendimento: horrível, os proprietários não explicam nada, pelo contrário são completamente perdidos.Estacionamento pequeno, você se sente literalmente preso dentro da pousada pois pra sair ou entrar precisa pedir pra abrirem e toda hora precisa tirar seu carro pra outros poderem sair.Se você que está lendo e pensando em ir, NÃO VÁ. Péssimo atendimento, os donos são muitos grossos e chatos... Implicam por tudo...A piscina não é aquecida (propaganda... enganosa)A entrada do portão, tem que tocar o Interfone e a dona que abre e fecha... Não tem entrada de pedestres... O estacionamento é pequeno, tem que ficar tirando o carro para o outro consegui sair...O café da manhã é horrível, muito ruim mesmo...O banheiro estava com o vaso entupido, a pia estava com a torneira vazando... No anúncio fala que aceita pets, quando você vai fechar com eles tem uma taxa de 50,00 o dia para o pets, até agora eu não entendi o fundamento dessa taxa, se o cachorro não iria precisar de uma cama, não iria tomar café, não iria tomar banho... É melhor colocar no anúncio que não aceita pets...A pousada fica distante da praia... Pra ir andando fica longe, de carro são 8 minutos de percurso...O restaurante que eles indicaram não fomos bem atendidos e é super caro...Enfim péssima experiência... Bad hostel, we arrived at the place, everything seemed to be fine, beautiful, at first we were well received, but on... the first day we started having problems, old minibar that didn't work, old air conditioning, noisy, no sleeping conditions, breakfast morning repetitive, but acceptable, good quality, small parking lot, far from the beach, around 1km, bad location, full of holes, we had a problem with the water, they simply turned it off while we were taking a shower, the only positive point was the pool, warm, We didn't like it, it needs a lot of improvement.leia mais

Mr Miguel and Mrs Esmeralda, they are two cute! They treated us with great kindness. The breakfast, where everything is... made by her, is very tasty. I only consider the cleanliness of the rooms as a point of attention. Upon arrival we found leftover snacks on the floor of the room and the floor of the bathroom shower seemed to have not been washed for a long time. Terrible in every way.Firstly, there is no reception, the owners are the ones who answer and they don't treat guests... well, they don't introduce themselves, they are rude and sarcastic.We stayed in room 10, the air conditioning didn't work properly, it was broken, the sheets were dirty, the paper was of poor quality, the television was blocked, we got close to checkout at around 11:04, the water in the room simply ran out. Terrible!!!!Another thing is that you are literally dependent on the owners, because to leave or enter you have to ask them to open the gate. Not to mention they think it's bad. So you are literally depending on them.How poorly I was received with no warning or limits for anything. I placed an order at night and it ended up being late and it arrived at midnight. Well, the motorcycle courier rang the bell and the owner destroyed the motorcycle courier and soon after I heard the noise and the owner was super rude saying that my order is outside. I had to apologize to the motorcycle courier and establishment.Breakfast expected more. (Basic really) for the price I expected a feast.For the amount charged for just one day, I expected much more. 100 reais was well paid per day, especially for their reception and service.Guys, get out!!leia mais

One of the worst inns we have ever stayed at.The basics of any accommodation are: bed, shower and breakfast. Let's... look at each one's comments;Bed: on the first day the bed linen was so dirty that we had to ask for everything to be changed. On the other days, the sheets looked old, each with a different pattern and there were always no bath towels in the room.Shower: the valve simply has an electric current (giving a shock), which was solved with insulating tape and the shower drops very little water.Breakfast: on the first day there wasn't even French bread (can you believe it), our options were bread with mortadella, ice cream cakes and cheese bread and muchos, subway bread, ready-made dough cake purchased and cut into squares and papaya/pineapple slices. The coffee ran out (there were 3 rooms occupied) we complained and from the second day onwards they made the effort to include slices of ham and mozzarella (the rest was kept for 4 days).I DO NOT RECOMMEND!leia mais

Terrible. Firstly, there is no reception, and I don't mean physical reception, but the owners don't treat guests well,... they don't introduce themselves, they are rude, and there isn't even any water available to drink. The room, there is no double bed, it has two single mattresses, you are stuck in space because to leave or enter you have to ask them to open the gate. Not to mention that, I don't know what you have a pool for, if you want to use it you have to ask to remove the cover (this is because it had been an hour after the time it was supposed to open the pool). After 5 years of going to the inn, it was even better. With a heated pool, a tasty and well-served breakfast. Clean and... organized space! We were well attended, I have nothing to say about them. DISAPPOINTINGI DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.... I WILL NOT COME BACK.... Our stay was now 11/17/22, it was 5 nights, we... stayed only 3, clean inn, but the reception when arriving at it, is terrible, owner and employee rude, no idea how to treat a guest, room with only one socket. Only the bed to sit on, no chair, making the environment completely uncomfortable, room #2 has a ramp with a slippery floor, my husband fell hitting his shoulder, he came home with pain and a bruise on the spot, I slipped 3 times, no I even fell down, tight parking, not to mention that the owner is giving hints all the time how you should park, you have to keep asking the other guests to take the car out to be able to leave. If you go for a walk at night, you have to come back soon, there is a stipulated time of 23:00 hrsThere is no water fountain on site.If you want to use the barbecue you have to pay 20.00 reais per hour.Breakfast, repetitive, every day the same.The beach is far away, the inn's street is unpaved, all full of holes.They let them take pets but they don't treat the animals well.Location leaves much to be desired, not to mention the arrogance of the owner, you feel watched all the time.Traumatic experience.leia mais

Terrible service, couple of gentlemen totally unprepared, rude, rude, they don't talk to the guests.Bad location,... street without asphalt, bad breakfast, made in a sloppy way and with flies.Room with the shower falling out of resistance and they didn't like that we had to shower in another room, the flush stopped out of nowhere, we had to throw water with a bucket. I loved the inn!! Mister Miguel and Dona Esmeraldina took care of us very well. I was afraid because it was the first... trip alone with my daughter, but we felt welcomed. First and LAST Time! Service is AWFUL! The owner is super rude and arrogant, because when we arrived he gave the... feeling that it was being a pain to receive guests, not welcoming at all. There is no flexibility in check-in/out, the pool is dirty and not suitable for bathing, the breakfast is horrible and the room only has one outlet. One hundred reais was well paid for one night. In short, they only have an eye on the time we swipe the card and receive the money, because even before we set up shop, the full amount was already charged without installments or any flexibility in payment. The inn is comfortable, clean and pleasant. Great for those with children. The pool is great because it has a shallow... end for small children. The hostel has a slide and two parrots that my daughter loved. Estacionamento horrível, quem guarda o carro primeiro tem que esperar a boa vontade dos que estão atrás tirar para... sair. Ligamos antes para saber o valor do pet deram um preço, na hora do check-in o valor já era o dobro. Além de um café da manhã bem sem graça! Obs. Começa a ser servido 8h da manhã, nós que temos costume de acordar cedo não tinha como sair pq os carros estavão no caminho e o café só as 8h. Não recomendo!leia mais

Os anos vão passar e nunca esqueceremos o trauma que vivemos pagando antecipado no réveillon há 2 anos atrás e não ter... quarto para nós por estar lotado!! Fomos recebidos com muita grosseria, ao escutar meu cachorrinho latir dentro do carro, o proprietário já disse se... trouxe cachorro, terá que pagar R$50,00 a mais, não aceitamos ficar não por conta da cobrança do meu pet, mas sim pela grosseria, a proprietária questionou, dizendo o que está pegando e justificou que cobram até gato, enfim, precisam ter educação para receber os hóspedes e serem claro no anúncio, a localização é mais afastada da praia também!leia mais

Tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã maravilhoso, os donos extremamente gentis, precisamos voltar após ter feito o checkout... devido ao trânsito intenso qdo estávamos tentando subir a serra e eles prontamente nos aceitaram de volta.
