Pior hotel que fiquei na vida! Sem internet, sem frigobar, sem tv!!! No banheiro tem uma cortina no lugar do box, mas a... água desce e vai para o quarto!!!Péssimo café da manhã!!! Estive este final de semana, de sabado a terça feira, desde a chegada fomos muito bem atendido pela recepcionista... Rayssa, fomos ao Guaruja sem reserva e estavamos a procura de um local.Pedimos para conhecer os quartos, como de prontidão nos mostraram as opções, ficamos como o quarto de n. 11, ligamos o ar ele resfria e tem ventilador de teto, mas como o ar condicionado era do modelo antigo ele não esfriava muito, fomos reportar na recepção a possibilidade de troca de quarto, fomos atendido de imediato, trocamos o 11 pelo 7, ar perfeito.tivemos problemas como o chuveiro, atendimento super rapido e resolvido.Todas as noites saimos pra jantar fora, pessoal da recepção nota 1000.Muitas pessoas comentando das roupas de cama e condições do quarto, não tive problemas, os prblemas que tive foram resolvidos.A localização da pousada perfeita, da pra fazer tudo pé, atendimento otimo, quartos super limpos, café da manhã de bom tamanho, estacionamento, piscina, tudo estava de acordo.Localização perfeita, so tenho a agradecer o atendimento de todos.Com certeza voltariamos,leia mais

When we arrived at the inn, the parking lot was full, we were informed that it is not exclusive to guests, a negative... point. The room where we stayed was very dirty, bathroom with a bad smell, garbage full, very relaxed. Good experience I will be back again, I felt at ease my daughter and our pet were super calm too, super calm reception,... I arrived before check in time and they already provided parking, bathroom to change, shower and barbecue area to prepare my hookah Ksksks , when checking in they left the rooms that were vacant for our free choice , we chose 14 , clean room , clean bathroom , air conditioning freezing well , not to mention that I thought it was cool because they left the inn at our disposal 24hrs , the night kitchen microwave oven cutlery dishes etc is open and lit , it has a balcony with hammock , armchairs etc , Quiet and well located place , everything close , including walking to Sugarloaf Mountain if you need something , the beach is across the street , for those with children it is very good as it is a beach with a calmer sea , when entering the beach there are several kiosks with a table , chair and umbrella , in short a simple place It is quiet for those looking for value for money and don't mind a lot of luxury.leia mais

We paid $360 reais to stay less than 12 hours in the place and... still get a filthy room, the bathroom looks like those bathroom in a horror movie gas station, sink with a crust of dirt, extremely grimy shower, rusty toilet paper holder, odor strong. It was the worst experience of my life. The rooms are pure mold and dust, the reception is dirty and smells like mold... too. The pool is cloudy.My daughter started to feel sick with allergies because of the dust and mold and I stayed in the room for 1 hour and asked to leave. But at first they didn't want to give me anything back. Then the reception said they would charge the day and reverse the difference, but so far I have not had a return of the chargeback.The worst is not the money but the horrible experience I had. I don't recommend it to anyone.The least they should have done was reimbursement of the entire amount, as I suffered moral and emotional damage in that place and my daughter had a very bad time.Those who travel with children know how much children create expectations and arriving in a place like this is terrible.leia mais

Staff service is excellent. A pity that the structure is very bad, the place needs a general maintenance. Excellent... location for Praia do Mar Casado in Guarujá, leaving aside points such as the quality of the bathrooms, the water smells of Candida and the taps running loose. The bathroom floor needs to be treated and the water doesn't run down the shower drain. The air conditioning in the room was not working. The bad mattresses and the bedding smelled bad, like it was barely dry. We rented the barbecue and I had to wash cutlery and dishes in the washing tank because the sink faucet was not working. Pousada bem simples, atendimento é bom. Peguei alguns quartos para a equipe que realizava trabalho próximo ao local.... Tínhamos apenas um carro que pousava apenas durante a noite, e no final não deram uma cortesia de estacionamento. Infelizmente por conta disso não pretendo mais me hospedar neste local. Eu gostei bastante é super simples mas aconchegante , a recepção sem palavras uma simpatia só, Vi reclamação com... relação a café da manhã pelo fato de ser servido de forma individual, não vi problemas, super farto o café gostei muitoUma sugestão deixar rodo ou pano para a manutenção do banheiro afinal quando voltamos da praia ou da piscina nós mesmo molhamos e sujamos, manutenção do quarto foi feito assim que saímos teve troca de lençol e toalhasleia mais

Hello GNT... We stayed at this hostel in an emergency, we paid 270.00 for 2 adults and 1 child to sleep in an extremely... cold room, there was only 2 covered, the bed linen smelled of morph, including pillows, the bathroom was extremely disgusting . I didn't even take a shower because I felt so disgusted due to the lack of ingenuity, not to mention that at the reception they took pictures of our doc. I asked her not to take it but she said it was a procedure at the inn, this is illegal and invasive. Where have you ever seen... Take a picture of people's docs.I don't recommend this place.Better to spend the night sleeping on the beach, which would be comfortable and a little warm, than somewhere stinky and cold and uncleaned. Estive agora em dezembro e gostamos muito! Simples, mas completo. Ar condicionado funciona muito bem, quarto todos os... dias teve limpeza e troca de roupa de cama e toalhas. Café da manhã por conta a pandemia está sendo em porção individual, mas satisfatório. Fiquei com receio quanto a água que vi pessoas comentando, mas ele está normal, assim entendo que foi resolvido o problema com a empresa. Recepção o dia todo,o que não deixa a pousada sozinha e com sensação de abandono como tem várias em Pernambuco. Gostamos bastante! Recomendamos, e da varanda podiamos ver a nossa praia predileta. Valeu a pena, voltaremos! Observação: só tenha certeza que está incluso o estacionamento pois se não tiver é cobrado parte.leia mais

Estou dando está nota devido a limpeza dos quartos que tanto eu quanto minha esposa achamos que poderia ser melhor.O... banheiro exalava um mau cheiro.O estacionamento e na pousada que também e dividida com banhistas que não se hospedaram. Até aí nenhum problema desde que minha vaga esteja garantida, o que me incomodou e o fato de banhistas fazerem barulho com som alto no carro bem em frente ao quarto em que eu estava. Outro fato e de o estacionamento ficar com portões abertos durante o dia todo e sem controle, qualquer pessoa pode entrar.O café da manhã não e opcional nem self-service, eles disponibilizam uma sacola com os itens fechados, apesar do motivo ser a pandemia deveriam informar quem estiver interessado em se hospedar.A piscina e grande e não e funda para um adulto, mas tem que ter acompanhando no caso de criança.Não tenho do que reclamar do atendimento que foi ótimo e também da comida que e servida a parte que também e ótima.Ótima localização, praticamente em frente da praia do Mar Casado e próximo do Jequitimarleia mais

quarto cheira muito ruim ,lençois sujos ,não trocam quando sai ospedes ,agua das torneira suja amarela ,estacionamento... dividido com banhistas , se pra sai uma diviculdade da mesma forma para entrar de volta , recepicionista mau preparada ao chegar me informou um valor quando fui acertar para permanecer até aas 18 hrs no domingo informou outro preço absurdo piscina suja os 3 dias que fiquei esta com a mesma cor amarela tmb da agua não recomendoleia mais

Péssimo! O café da manhã foi servido em um saco com tudo industrializado fomos reclamar pediram desculpas e colocaram a... culpa na pandemia mas quando alugamos não informaram sobre isso. No "suposto" café da manhã tinha : Toddynho, um pão francês, 2 pães de forma, manteiga, e etc tudo industrializado me senti na excursão da escola. Banheiro com box quebrado. A impressão que tivemos é que nos deram o último quarto adaptado, ao lado do lixo e da lavanderia de toda pousada com roupas estendidas no muro, piscina suja, as fotos não é nada disso que mostra no site, quando aluguei falou que tinha ar condicionado no quarto e não tinha. Não recomendo!!! NAO ACREDITEM nas fotos. Porém os funcionários são educados e receptivos. Mas não voltarialeia mais
