A localização é muito boa, tudo muito limpo e organizado, tem todo tipo de comércio por perto, sem necessidade de ir de... carro. A educação e a cordialidade das colaboradoras é impecável, todas muito prestativas e atenciosas. Café da manha gostoso e bem servido.Quanto aos quartos, falta algum tipo de manutenção principalmente no ar condicionado, pois faz muito barulho, e também o colchão da cama é muito mole/velho, e alguns reparos no banheiro. Great location, right in the center of Pitangueiras, and excellent service. But who comes to Guarujá to stay holed up... in a hotel, right? It's a 2-star hotel that delivers what it promises: a simple and cozy atmosphere. Some issues with the equipment in the room and bathroom, but they were simple to resolve. TERRIBLE!!!!! It is not a hotel, but a guesthouse.... the room is very small and without ventilation, the mattress is... old, springy and noisy, soft mattress (you wake up with your body hurting), sheet smaller than the bed (it comes out bed during the night), the bathroom is so small that you can't move around in it, you have to go in and out sideways rubbing against the wet walls. The breakfast is bad, you can't help yourself or choose a table. The Internet doesn't work. It was the worst place I have stayed to date.leia mais

It's been bad...I rented an apartment with parking...when I arrived they told me that my car was too big (Fiat Toro)... and that I had to park it in another place, provided by the Hotel. It would be honest to say on the website that the Hotel has its own parking for small cars. This way I could choose whether to choose a hotel that has parking a block away. This is not transparent. My mother, who is 65 years old, has COVID and Pneumonia and the hotel did not accept changing the reservation date.... Lack of empathy, service provided by Mrs Maria Lúcia who claims to be the manager of the establishment is also terrible. Don't let the customer talk and keep talking over them. At no time was it requested that the money be returned, but rather the date was changed. I would like to see if it was with the parents of the owners or the employees, think about it. Guys, the hotel is excellent value for money, very charming, close to everything, you can leave the car parked just... fine ... but the mattress is terrible, it looked really old, we stayed in a double room, the mattress sinks (hole) I I slept on one end my husband on the other, very uncomfortable. The room is small but it met our needs, I just think it lacked a full length mirror, it would make it a lot easier.The... location is excellent.The employees are attentive but I noticed that all guests arriving they offered complimentary drinks and for me and my husband they did not.I found that very annoying.Another thing that bothered me a lot was that we decided to leave 1 day before because of the bad weather and other unforeseen circumstances and we asked for a discount on the stay that we didn't use and didn't give, we lost the value of 1 stay.I didn't think it was fair since in other places we had to leave before we were given a discount.And the internet doesn't work right.leia mais

Our stay experience was not satisfactory. Sympathy is not the strong point there. The only good point is the location.... In addition, the hotel is basically an inn, they charge a lot for the daily rate, we pay 600.00 a day. It's old, rooms with old and very noisy air conditioning, old beds and soft and uncomfortable mattresses, breakfast without salt with employees who don't smile, weak shower... I don't recommend it. A melhor localização para hospedagem em Pitangueiras: "ao lado" de tudo, o que na temporada é fundamental, pois a... cidade lota. A casa , passou por um up, as acomodações são limpas e funcionais. Tem quartos no andar térreo e andar superior.O quarto tem opção de ventilador , ar condicionado ou janelas abertas. O colchão eh excelente, pois pela primeira vez em anos , consegui dormir "sem me cansar".Toda a estrutura segue as normas de segurança e higiene que no momento, devido a pandemia são necessárias: logo o café da manhã é por pedido e não por self service e bom levar material pessoal de higiene.leia mais
