Disponibilizaram um quarto para 3 pessoas com apenas uma cama de casal, o Wi-Fi não funciona, chegando da praia, fui... utilizar duas tomadas e ambas deram curto circuito com perigo de me dar choque pois estava descalça e molhada, pela manhã fui tomar banho e o chuveiro estava queimado, ar condicionado bem antigo, contatei a mocinha da recepção e ela disse que iria falar com o gerente mas o próprio não nos deu uma solução plausível pelo transtorno nem se quer apareceu no hotel, a recepcionista pediu que trocássemos de quarto, perdemos 1h de nossas férias para realizar a troca, e o outro quarto tinha uma porta que não abria, por fim preferimos sair 3h mais cedo do check out.O valor da estadia não foi barato, para não entregar nem metade do que havia no anúncio.Não recomendo.leia mais

Lugar uns 600 metros da praia, no site fala que tem jantar almoço essas coisas, e no dia fui informado que não tinha... jantar! Sendo que outros hóspedes tiveram jantar!! Fui na recepção e fui informado que se você quiser jantar no hotel apenas se for acima de uma certa quantidade de jantares !!! Meu filho de 1 ano toma mamadeira, pedi para esquentar a mamadeira do meu filho, e fui informado que não era possível eu mesmo esquentar!! Experiência de qualidade moderada.Pontos positivos:Quartos bons, amplos e limpos, camas macias.Piscina pequena, mas... limpa, e com vista bonita.Pontos negativos:Wi-fi não funcionava no quarto (tivemos que usar o 4G por 3 dias).Serviço de limpeza de quarto, só se solicitar (não foi feito em 3 dias)Café da manhã simples (ok), com lotação e demora de reposição de itens entre as 07:00-09:00.Faltou água num dia, do final da tarde até às 22:30! O mais desesperador foi ficar sem saber se dormiríamos e acordaríamos sem água para banho e dar descarga! (compramos água para lavar as mãos e escovar os dentes). As informações eram desencontradas e não tivemos suporte.A frente do hotel tem rua sem asfalto e esburacada. Há uma obra de prédio junto ao hotel que torna o lugar feio e limita a vista (apesar de não ser culpa do hotel).600 metros até a orla, com calçadas ruins e sem asfalto.Ah, pagamos as diárias do estacionamento antecipadamente e em dinheiro e não foi registrado! I spent two nights at the Hotel with my husband celebrating our wedding anniversary. Clean, very organized and fragrant... rooms. Simple but very tasty breakfast! Excellent and very tasty hotel portions! 🥰2 points:1 - The streets around the hotel are quite potholed, making it a little difficult to get in and out of the hotel, as it was still a little rainy on the days we stayed.2 - We had a problem arriving at the hotel. I believe that there is a lack of communication and organization among the employees regarding some type of specific package or service that is closed for the stay, so that when we customers arrive and check in, everything is in order. We stayed at the hotel as a family group. Our experience was very bad, several negative points. The parking lot did not... fit our cars, being an S10 truck and a Jeep Compass, they did not pass through the gate, so the cars remained on the street at risk of theft. The reception staff are very clumsy and disorganized. Dirty bathroom, sink full of mold crust, old towels. Breakfast really just the basics, few fruit options, lack of bread and cheese. Facilities leave something to be desired, there is no lamp in the room. The employees don't know of any nearby places... to eat on a Sunday night. The breakfast options are very weak and unhealthy, the pineapple and passion fruit juices were already sweetened in the jugs (probably with refined sugar). The cold cuts only had sliced yellow cheese and ham, the item replacement service took a long time, cutlery and clean dishes needed to be replaced quickly (it wasn't even that busy on Monday morning, 8am). There was only one type of cereal (and it was the sugary one). There are no tea options. As for fruit, I only had bananas and a few red apples. There was only butter to spread on the bread and a horrible paste that a sign indicated was mortadella. They do not offer a sandwich maker to heat bread and there was a lack of a number of healthier items such as wholemeal or grain bread, honey, granola, natural sweeteners such as honey or 100% stevia. Here's a tip to improve. Cleanliness of the room and quality of the type of bath towels and bed linen was ok. Very bad pillow.leia mais

I spent three nights at the Hotel Canto do Atlântico with some friends.I'll start with the positive points: the... receptionist who works in the morning is extremely helpful and super polite. The hotel's mascot is called Atlântico, very cute and docile. We arrived early and were well received by Tainara. Nice balcony.Now the problems:1. Dirty room.When we arrived at the room, the floor was dirty, full of sand and dust.2. There is no mirror in the room.How absurd not to have a mirror in the bedroom, only in the bathroom! Now imagine, a room with four people, when it comes to getting ready to go out, relying on a single mirror, which is in the bathroom? Disproportionate.3. Mediocre breakfast.Without a doubt, one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. Extremely basic, always something missing. When there is no shortage of cutlery (which are made of plastic) there is no shortage of cups, when there is no cup there is no milk, there is no cheese bread, just a poorly made pie, sometimes stuffed cake and few fruit and juice options. How can a hotel of this size offer such a poor and basic breakfast, given that the rates are not that cheap?4. Bathroom without a lock.That's right, there is no lock on the only bathroom in the room. How difficult is it to have the minimum of ensuring guest privacy?5. Floor bed.That's exactly what you read. One of the single "beds" was on the floor. It was super low, I'm tall and it was very unpleasant to sleep on the floor. I paid to sleep on the bed, not on a piece of wood with a mattress. Really unpleasant!6. Musty smell and light board without cover.It is extremely disrespectful to arrive in a room that should be clean and smell like mold. Light board without cover, super dangerous!7. Useless blackout curtains.I couldn't sleep well, because as soon as it was dawn, the blackout curtains weren't able to keep out the early morning light that came from the balcony doors. The curtains are SMALLER than the doors. This really irritated me, I had a bad experience because of it.8. Are people who go to work left alone?By God, put a comfortable chair in the room so those who are going to work have somewhere to sit. And an exclusive white space on the balcony is essential.9. Parking? No way!They had the audacity to even charge for parking. It costs 35.00 per day. In addition to paying a huge daily fee, we are forced to pay for parking. Extreme capitalism, lack of respect too! Value guests!10. Face towel, toilet paper, floor cloth and trash can.Clearly, by logic, if a room will accommodate four people, the amount of dirt will be greater. We had to ask them to replace the face and bathroom floor towels, the cleaning staff always forgot to replace the toilet paper after doing room service. The room only has a single trash can, which is in the bathroom. That's why it fills up quickly. The ideal is to have two trash cans, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom.11. Why keep copies of our document?I felt intimidated when the employee took copies of our document. Why is that? What are you going to do with this information? No hotel does this! Lives closed.14. Do you want a shower? Only if Lorenzetti uses the shower at home.Common shower, little water flows. More of the same and nothing new compared to real hotels that have strong water jets and lots of water to provide guests with relaxation.Well, terrible hotel. It's not worth the value for money. We went on April 21st and we didn't have a good experience. The rooms are ok, nothing much, the service at the... reception is ok too, but the street is made of mud with holes, so think about whether this hotel is really worth it, besides that parking was promised and in the end there was no space for us, we had to leave it out of the parking space and every day early they went to our room to remove it from the parking space and in the end it wasn't our car that needed to be removed, to make matters worse we went to talk to the receptionist who provided the night service and he said it was even though the hotel sold parking spaces and this type of problem always occurred, the parking is terrible, tight and we even scraped our car trying to fit in a space that didn't give and we ended up at a loss, so I don't recommend this hotel.leia mais

The spaces are very clean!!! Only blankets that need laundry!!! But calm down!!! The staff are very helpful!!! And breakfast is served in the room!!! Oh remembering that the room has a fridge and TV!!! For a family of 3 people, there are rooms containing a double bed and a single bed and a beautiful view from the balcony!!! Pior hotel ao qual já me hospedei. Quando chegamos no quarto, já o encontramos com o chão sujo, algumas roupas de cama... estavam fedendo e os cobertores não havia sido lavados. Além disso, a cama de casal, na realidade, são duas camas de solteiro costuradas juntas, e sem falar do fedor de mofo que estavam. O café da manhã é entregue no quarto, com pouquíssimas opções, sendo que a maioria das comidas que vem são bolachas e bolos de pacotinho... foi o primeiro hotel sem buffet de café da manhã que já vi. Quem tem carro grande sofre para estacionar na garagem apertadíssima que o hotel possui, muitos até colocam o carro na rua pela falta de espaço. Enfim, não recomendo jamais esse hotel e não me hospedo mais.leia mais

Quartos bem limpos, piscina limpa o hotel em si é muito bom para passeio. Ficamos no quarto 406 a vista não é das... melhores, mas é muito bom e as camas são bem confortáveis tudo bem cheiroso. Eu me controlei bastante para não ser ríspida mas se eu fosse essas mulheres que arrumam "encrenca" ela ia ver como se resolve as coisas. fora a briga que presenciei dela com uma outra funcionária. I stayed about 1 week ago, and only now had the courage to come and write this report. On the day of my check-in,... everything was exceptional, I was super well attended by Tainara, we loved the room, the pool, the hotel itself is excellent for a family outing. Especially large rooms, super comfortable beds, well-balanced breakfast, clean pool, very nice room service. About the accommodation, the only thing we want to mention is the internet, which could be a little better, apart from that we love the hotel.I just want to leave a not very nice record that happened to me.On one of the days of my stay, after arriving from the beach, a few minutes later, there was a shouting in the hallway on the floor where I was and my husband had just slept, I went to the door to check what was happening because it was a fight with loud swearing. , humiliation.. I was extremely uncomfortable hearing such a situation. When I opened the door to my surprise it wasn't guests fighting but two employees screaming at each other very loudly humiliating her, it should probably be boss but no one deserved to be treated like that. When I left the room, the two brunette girls left and only the girl was left crying in the room she was cleaning, I'm a psychologist so I put myself in her place and tried to talk to her.. and soon another guest in the next room came from mine and we tried to talk to her to report these employees to the manager, but she said she really needed the job and didn't want to talk about what happened. We tried to calm her down, and after a few minutes she felt a little better. I gave her water, and she was shaking!!!!!!!!!!I can't put such a low here but if I could you would understand why she is this way. I asked the names of the collaborators for the employee who suffered the verbal and moral aggression, and I would like to leave it here on record, because in my view they should be fired because they don't even look like human beings but monsters. The names are: TAMARA AND CLEIDE.According to the collaborator, they are like that with everyone. Really regretful. I ask the Owner, Manager.. someone with leadership of the place, who is reading my comment to expel these monsters from their work environment. I will not leave the name of the collaborator because she does not deserve such humiliation. My husband is a lawyer and I left my contact with her, if she needs it I will definitely file a YES action, because NOBODY deserves to be treated in such a way.In addition to destroying the peace of the people who are staying because we could be relaxing and instead, we had to listen to the low rate.I emphasize that regarding the hotel we had no problems in describing the structure and facilities. Não venham! Estou hospedada desde ontem, não tem ramal no quarto para ligar na recepção. Tudo via whats, e nunca... respondem na hora. Tenho que descer do 6 andar para falar com eles. O atendimento do hotel é excepcional. Todas as pessoas que trabalham lá que tive contato são super simpáticas e... solícitas. A localização do hotel é boa também, tirando a rua que é de terra. Pedi refeição no hotel, infelizmente só tinham uma opção vegetariana, então se alguém for, vá preparado para isso. Só tinha nhoque com sugo. Na cobertura (onde me hospedei) tinha uma piscina bem pequena. Acredito que nos três dias que fiquei lá, não limparam ela nenhum dia, a água estava turva. Em março do ano passado Eu e Minha Esposa passamos a nossa lua de mel e foi magnífico, Hotel excelente, atendimento... maravilhoso, os atendes foram extraordinários, piscina perfeita, quarto enorme com uma varanda excelente sem falar na vista que amamos, banheiro maravilhoso. Já estamos nos organizando para voltarmos o mais breve possível!!Super recomendo!! É um quarto espaçoso, limpo e aconchegante. Porém o chuveiro não é aqueles de hotel. Alem disso, para solicitar algo... tem q ir até a recepção pois não tem telefone nos quartos. O café da manhã é cobrado a parte (20,00 em 2021) mas também não tem muita variedade, sendo melhor sair é comer na padaria, que está a uma distância de mais ou menos 5 quadras.leia mais

Chegamos a noite fomos super bem atendidos! Quartos gigantes limpeza ótima , organizado e bem localizado.Porém ninguém... no hotel ultiliza máscara, café da manhã um pouco limitado na bandeja no .Cama não muito confortável pois o colchão é bem antigo. Acredito que por mais um ano no mínimo terá UMA OBRA QUE COMEÇA AS 7 DA MANHÃ. Isso tira o sono de QQ um. Adoramos tudo! Foi excelente conhecer Guarujá pela primeira vez. Meu marido me levou para conhecer e adorei a cidade e... cultura! ❤️ Essa foi uma das últimas viagens que pude fazer devido ao câncer que tenho. E foi super especial. Olá, aqui é a Bianca, eu fiquei hospedada com meus pais nesse hotel de domingo até hoje, chegamos bem em casa e agora... tive um tempinho e queria deixar minha sincera opinião sobre esse hotel. Limpeza, organização piscina, cheiro bom tudo perfeito nesses quesitos, porém meus pais são idosos 67 e 63 anos, chegamos bem cansados e de Uber pois viemos de muuuito longe, chegando no hotel achamos que receberíamos atenção, porém foi o oposto meus pais cansados, querendo descansar, só quem viaja com idoso sabe como é bem mais cansativo a viagem.. chegando no hotel por volta de 14h00 dois funcionários dava pra ver bem despreparados, mal educados, inadimplentes nos atenderam super MAL! E coloco enfâse na palavra MAL, ficavam brincando ao invés de fazer logo o check in, demoraram muito e após o longo tempo de espera, conseguimos finalmente ir para o quarto. Antes de subir perguntei se serviam algo no hotel e o moço acho que chama Matheus disse super grosso que não serviam, e eu disse ok! Subimos, e eu no mesmo momento queria pegar minhas coisas e ir embora, porém estava super cansada e esgotada.. decidi ficar. Não por mim, mas pelos meus pais. Seguimos no hotel e umas 17h eles queriam pizza, como sei que não estavam servindo segundo a informação do recepcionista eu desci lá em baixo e tinha duas meninas acho que chamam Isabela e Tainá, me surpreendi, as duas super solícitas e bem humoradas, prontamente me ofereceram água, algum salgado, porções.. e eu me perguntei: ué, mas não tinha.. e agora tem? Fiquei confusa e elas me pediram desculpa pela informação passada de manhã, porém como meus pais queriam pizza, eu perguntei se elas não conheciam uma pizzaria próxima e se não podiam chamar para mim e ai chegoh outro hospede e acho que a Tainá foi prontamente atendê-los e a Isabela deu continuidade ao meu atendimento, ela mesma pediu pelo Ifood dela porque eu não tinha o aplicativo, e disse que me avisava quando chegasse. Passou uns 40 minutos ela foi lá no meu quarto me chamar, paguei a pizza e a Tainá levou as bebidas para mim no quarto. Fiquei super surpresa como os funcionários são diversificados. A qualidade da tarde bem melhor que dá manhã. Agradeço a elas e por causa desse atendimento prestado vou voltar no feriado de São João! E dessa próxima vez vamos provar o café da manhã de vocês, esperamos ser delicioso. Depois desse incidente horrível foi tudo bem graças a Deus. Que a supervisão possa fazer algo a respeito pois ninguém merece ser tratado dessa forma. E um adendo, tem um funcionário noturno, podia ser mais cortês também, senti um tom de ignorância em sua fala, porém deixei pra lá pois a noite nem descemos direito. Não gostei apenas do tratamento de uma colaboradora chamada Matheus... e Vitória muito mal educados, meu pai ficou extremamente chateado pois os dois trataram ele muito mal, só ficavam conversando e não deram a devida atenção a ele.. de resto foi tudo ótimo! ontem presenciei uma situação super desagradável no hotel.. duas funcionárias se ofendendo, trocando palavras fortes na... minha frente, uma delas chama Fernanda e outra é um moreninha que estava chorando.. me senti extremante magoada e desconfortável. logo a outra recepcionista Isabel viu, e após eu subir para o meu quarto ela trouxe uma água e me pediu desculpas. Me acalmei e agradeci a mesma por tentar contornar a situação lamentável que as outras funcionárias não preparadas fizeram eu passar. Foi reservado dois quartos. A liberação dos quartos era pras 14 horas. Um dos quartos foi liberado no horário porém o... banheiro estava sujo com respingos de chichi e pelo... Foi limpo após ser reclamado... Isso pq eles disseram que já avia limpando o quarto antes de entrar, o ar condicionado desse mesmo quarto não estava funcionando corretamente. No outro quarto teve uma demora de 30 minutos a mais pois já era 14 horas e eles ainda não avia limpado o quarto, sendo que a reserva era pras 14 horas. Nesse quarto o ar condicionado estava ok porém a televisão não estava funcionando corretamente. Na reserva estava escrito que os dois quartos iria vim com uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro porém apenas um dos quartos veio com duas de solteiro o outro veio com apenas uma. O wi-fi tbm não funcionaleia mais
