I was positively surprised by the inn, it has a very affordable price, especially if you book directly with them, the... place has a very welcoming atmosphere, the breakfast I thought was very good too and I felt safe leaving my son in the hotel area because all access to the street is closed. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was that on my first night at the inn I found a super cockroach next to the toothbrushes we were using and there were also a lot of mosquitoes. It's a good idea to carry both body and socket repellent.The bed linen (plus the covers) and towels had a slightly unpleasant smell, but nothing that stopped me from using them, anyway, in a general assessment: the value for money is great!leia mais

I was at this guesthouse with my wife in September, we went without any information just a recommendation from Google,... and we were surprised by the place, great location (extremely close to the beach) and the guesthouse was well organized and clean. We arrived almost at closing time and even so we were very well attended to, the attendant helped us with everything we needed, even though she went past her time... our experience was very good, but I have to leave one observation: the king bed ( As stated in the description) there was a gap in the middle, as if they were two single beds, but it was nothing that would interfere with our experience. I've been to the inn twice. The first, off-season weekend was very good due to the beach and the inn's pool. The common... area is dirty, apparently without maintenance, the bathroom and shower are very "so-so" in terms of hygiene. Poor breakfast with missing items and no replacement. Inflexible service. Whatever is asked or requested, the answer is a script that cannot be changed or evaluated. On my second time (yes, despite everything the beach and the location are worth it), I went without any intention of having breakfast because I didn't like it and without expectations regarding hygiene because it left something to be desired. I went to the beach and the place. But, unfortunately, it rained 24 hours a day the days I was there. I tried to cancel my stay, I didn't even get a response. I was willing to leave my money there for future accommodation and I received no response. I paid for the total stay of 4 days and only stayed for one. Upon leaving, I was not offered a refund or credit. It seems that the inn has no one responsible for it. Only the girls who have memorized and unchanging answers on any and all topics. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like they were doing me a huge favor by allowing me to stay there. Even though I paid for the stay. I do not recommend this inn because I, as a customer, gave up demanding hygiene, a basic thing for an establishment open to the public, I gave up a well-prepared and welcoming breakfast, many things. And the inn didn't give up even ONE inch of anything to please me.leia mais

I want to express my indignation, I have already stayed at this hotel, and today I brought more guests, when entering... the establishment they said that our car could not fit in the parking lot because our car was larger than the parking space allowed. Even so, we loaded our car and there was room left for two spaces, one for our car, one for the other guest and there was still space for a third. And even then they said that our car was not space-allowed. They lost not just 2 customers, but 4 customers who could come back and bring more people. If you want a bad experience, go to this inn. We hired a double room and received a room with two single beds next to... each other, there was a gap and a gap between them. The breakfast, besides being very poor, is only from 8 to 10 and even then there is no food going there at 9:00, having to ask for everything, cups, cutlery, I asked for a cheese bread and had to wait half an hour. Bad service, poorly trained employees who seemed like they were doing you a favor, everything had to be ordered and always took a long time. I could write several other things but it would be a waste of time, read the other reviews and the answers they give, some of which are quite rude by the way. Bad experience, the site draws attention, for the photos, description of the rooms and services offered by them,... however, it is nothing like that.My boyfriend and I arrived at the place early, to enjoy the day, getting there, around eight, an employee received us, told us to wait, and after more than 15 minutes she came to talk to us.He said that the rooms would only be free at 3:00 pm, and that we would not be able to settle in before, and that our car would not fit in the vacancy, due to the extra centimeters.We asked if there was nothing that could be done, she said she would see, we waited more than an hour, until she came back and said that she couldn't put the car in and she couldn't release the rooms before the time.Guys, the inn was empty, it was a rainy day, you could have been less rigorous, and have common sense, since there are theft rates there, it is dangerous to leave the car on the street.There was no possibility of doing anything, if we waited more than 7 hours to stay, even so, the car would be left outside.We went to see the vacancies were empty...To get in I had to wait for hours...There was no reciprocity empathy and no good being from them.We canceled the reservation, we lost the moneyAnd on their part it doesn't matter.We took the only break to rest and enjoy, however, we went through this absurd embarrassment.Bad place!leia mais

For those who are undecided - as I was before I came because of the negative reviews - I can say that with a little... common sense/collectiveness, you won't have any problems. Family environment, calm and peaceful; the facilities are extremely clean and the entire policy of the place is explained in detail, both on the website and via WhatsApp when booking, just follow it exactly. The location is great, just a few meters from the beach, and both the inn and Mar Casado beach are perfect for children. Both the staff and the owners are extremely polite and kind. I stayed for 5 days with my sister and my 5 year old niece who enjoyed a lot with the other children who were there. I will be back more often!leia mais

After weeks of the stay, the Pousada investigated what happened, admitted the mistake and took measures to try to... repair the inconvenience, and I come back here to record that I am satisfied with the way the Pousada handled the situation. It's not often that I come across a place that owns up and tries to make amends. I congratulate you for this stance, and in the future I am open to giving it a second chance, staying again.Previous Review: Terrible! I bought 2 nights for 3 people and they gave me a room with just a double bed and there were no staff at the time of my arrival, meaning it couldn't be more DISORGANIZED! The third person had to sleep in the common wing which is outside in the COLD! I asked for the difference in the room (55 reais) to be deducted with two breakfasts (50 reais) and they only left 1 breakfast (25 reais)! Room full of dust, tap without water, attendant working with a frown and no autonomy to solve problems! HORRIBLE experience!!leia mais

A well-located guesthouse, that's the only good thing, besides... it's terrible.bad service, bad organization,... employees so it's not even said. I believe that all employees in that environment, starting with the owner, should take a course in good manners and how to serve their customers. We were very poorly received, our stay had never been so bad. We were forbidden to listen to music inside the inn, we were at the pool and we put music on our cell phone, one of the employees went there and told her to turn it off because she couldn't. security at the inn is zero... when at 10 pm all the employees leave, to enter the inn we type a code in the electronic bell that opens the gate (now tell me.. how many times is this password changed? we stayed more than 5 days and the password was never changed), parking is not available for all apartments... according to the employee, there are 15 rooms and 6 parking spaces and large cars such as corolla, vectra, civic (cars of this size) are not allowed in the spaces . breakfast is only allowed if your stay is greater than 100.00 reais per guest and per night and this is only explained on the day you arrive at the inn. Now he left a question for you, what is the possibility of an inn under these conditions being well classified? zero score in my opinion.leia mais

Pousada Eldorado, had everything to be a good inn, but due to many flaws it is a bad choice. Very disorganized and poor... communication, employees working with a closed face and don't care about customers, the owner then doesn't even talk. an arrogant and rude woman. We've had a lot of problems since we arrived. It all started right on arrival, we were advised at check-in that the value of our stay was not provided with breakfast as it was no more than the value stipulated by them for the same, There was no parking space for all guests, claiming the owner that our car was not suitable for the vacancy as it would not fit in it (our car fit in the vacancy perfectly, but we were forced to take it out, detail still broke the lock on the rear view mirror (loss of more than a thousand reais).), thus having to rent a place to leave the car or leave it on the street. When we questioned the situation, the owner simply did nothing and considered our return home saying that she would return a daily rate and that for her it would make no difference. We were outraged because we rented two rooms for 4 days and instead of giving us a solution, she simply washed her hands and did not care about our case. We live more than 500 km from the inn with children, including a baby. she just didn't care. the inn is well located, but due to its lack of preparation it is a bad choice. especially if you have a child or if you like to listen to music, as music is prohibited in the inn even on a cell phone, several times we witnessed the employees asking guests to turn off their cell phones because there was no sound in the inn.we were extremely disappointed.leia mais

The hostel is in a good location but needs a lot of improvement.I do not indicate because the photos are out of date... and the pool area is not as in the photo, I booked it to be able to enjoy the pool but it was very dirty and just putting my foot in it already came out sticking!!The room I stayed in had ants all over the walls, the furniture is old and the bamboo hanger is not functional at all.In addition to building work on top of the room where I was, what should have been a relaxing moment turned out to be the opposite!The bathrooms and showers in the outside area need a lot of improvement, from aesthetics to cleanliness, as it had a very strong smell of urine, making it impossible to use.On the street there are other options for inns, look carefully so you don't get frustrated 😉leia mais

My stay was great, only one discomfort happened, I asked the owner if smoking was allowed in the outdoor area, she... informed that yes (I didn't say what I was going to smoke, because for reasons of logic where smoking is allowed, hookah is allowed, especially when it comes to from an inn), so I lit my hookah on a table further away, being careful not to let the smoke get in the way of the other guests. Soon after, the owner came to my table and warned that hookah was not allowed and didn't even make an exception so I could finish the one that was already lit, that is, I had to waste the charcoal and the essence. Note: Underneath the table, which is made of plastic, there is a concrete support, the hookah could perfectly be left there so as not to cause eventual burns from the charcoal on the table, since that was the problem, according to her. I suggest that the owners better evaluate this prohibition, to avoid that, like me, other guests prefer to look for other accommodation options, or at least make it clearer that it is not allowed. I was just now on Valentine's Day 2022 at the inn, service could improve, but nothing was missing, very good... organization, very good cleaning, clean pool, well located next to the married sea, the owners of the inn and the staff were all very helpful, as the parking space I arranged everything in advance and had no problems. Well located, close to the beach, pleasant atmosphere, good service, except for not allowing us to park in the garage,... even though we were the only guests at the inns that day, as the car was not a hatch model (there was plenty of space). We found a cockroach in the bathroom sink, infiltration in the bedroom ceiling, the remote control was not working properly and, worst of all, we woke up to an unbearable construction noise. A pousada é muito aconchegante, o café da manhã atende as expectativas e as necessidades dos hóspedes na relação... custo-beneficio. O único ponto negativo é a cama, pois aluguei um quarto de casal e a cama disponibilizada era, na verdade, duas camas de solteiro juntas e forradas com lençol de casal, conforme foto abaixo tirada após o meu. Sequer teve estadia, fiz o check-in e sai em 10 minutos. Banheiro sujo, travesseiro minúsculo e colchão que parece de... algodão. Sai com o carro e quando voltei tinha outro carro na minha vaga, teria que deixar na rua. Existem opções muuuuuito melhores por cerca de 15% a mais no valor. E claro, mesmo saindo antes, não devolveram meu dinheiro. Espero que usem meu dinheiro para reformar essa espelunca!leia mais

Chegamos e não tinha aonde estacionar no carro. Disseram que só podia celta ou gol por conta do tamanho do... estacionamento, tive que deixar meu carro na rua! Teve um dia que eu estava voltando da janta com a minha família e vimos um casal desesperado para entrar e não havia ninguém para recepciona-los, mesmo o casal avisando que chegaria em tal horário. Limpeza péssima, café da manhã razoável mas se estiver com muita fome nem vá, pois demora demais para sair as coisas. Funcionárias exploradas!!! Tenho dó delas, a que fica (raramente) na recepção, limpa piscina, faz café da manhã, lava louça, limpa o quarto. DEPLORÁVEL! Fui para relaxar e só passei estresse.leia mais

Fomos extremamente mal recepcionados no Natal de 2021, pelo que entendi não tinha funcionários, a moça só mostrou o... quarto e foi embora. Não explicou nada sobre código do portão, Wi-Fi, café da manhã (as coisas que geralmente explicam em uma entrada), tivemos que descobrir tudo sozinhos.Venderam mais vagas de carro do que cabia, então pra sair tivemos que rodar a pousada inteira atrás do dono do carro q estava na frente.Referente ao serviço prestado está abandonado. Primeira e última vez, e também não indico.Só dou 2 estrelas pq o quarto era bom e o banheiro era maravilhoso, se não nem isso.leia mais

Me roubaram metade do valor da estadia ( 286 REAIS) mesmo cancelando 1 dia depois. E quando liguei depois de cancelar... eles nem atendem. Na propaganda anunciam taxa de cancelamento grátis , sendo que ficaram com 286 reais meu. Isso serve de alerta, fazem para chamar atenção das pessoas e enganar.leia mais

Depois de tanto tempo sem viajar, fomos para a Pousada. O quarto continua com a boa limpeza, mas o café da manhã sem... muita opção (não tinha pão francês, pão de queijo entre outras coisas). A piscina estava suja. Na ducha da piscina estava repleto de plantas que quase não dava para se banhar.O diferencial da pousada continua sendo a localidade que é excelente, além disso podemos consumir as coisas que levamos sem nenhum problema. Disponibilidade de microondas na cozinha e podemos fazer nossa própria bebida.Fazemos o check out e podemos ficar até às 20:00h na piscina, e tem a disponibilidade da ducha, mas é GELADA.leia mais
