My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights amazing sights and food the beach was beautiful front desk and everyone in... service were amazing they do have restaurants on sight the only one I tried was the Thai honestly not worth it for the price.leia mais

Spent a day at their beach club.As a day guest you need to at least spend R$ 200/person in consumption, sun beds/in... our case only chairs, towels & umbrella included.The beach club is clean, coming with showers & nice lounge music & late afternoon a dj.Food & drinks are pricey. The Aperol was excellent. The nachos were R$64 and the portion’s size and quality were a joke.For our first round of drinks we had to wait more than an hour ‘cause one waiter forgot our order.Not even an excuse for the massive delay!Though staff was really friendly, they didn’t seem to be well trained.All in all it’s been a underwhelming and disappointing experience.But that’s a problem we are facing a lot in Brazil: steep prices vs. value for money!leia mais

Oh wow what to say. Good luck when you try to get a rest during the week and there is a bigger group who does a party.... The reason for 1 star is because they don't respect the night. They had a band playing way over 1 AM during the week. They value more the money of bigger groups than the single guest. It's not possible to close the windows properly as the rooms are quite old.The service is overall nice and friendly and good in ignoring problems.The food is good, but not special for a 5 star hotel.Overall the hotel is way too expensive for the value it offers.leia mais

Beautiful hotel suited to come with children and teenagers as there is a big water park with plenty of activities. Also... for people who plan to relax, have massages, sit, and gaze at the gardens. The property is very impressive and the view of the beach beautiful.At the same time, they pay little attention to... details that would be expected in a 5 stars hotel. They are clearly short staffed and some personnel seem inexperienced, anything takes very long to be provided. Dinner was excellent, but breakfast was just okay, with very oily omelets and prepared tapiocas, and lunch by the pool very expensive and disappointing.Paying for meals during reservation is a bad idea in this hotel. It reduces your options to few dishes in one single restaurant.Comparing to other 5 starts hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it. Too expensive for limited service. It should be reclassified as a 4 stars hotel.leia mais

Came here to inquire about having 20+ guests stay for our wedding. The front desk staff was extremely rude. After... speaking with my fiancé in portuguese about the prices and room options, he looked at me and said in english “i’m not sure if you and your guests will be able to afford it.” I immediately took my business to Sofitel Jequitimar where my guests had an amazing stay and the customer service there was exceptional.leia mais

Let me tell you some thing that online travel agents do not want you to know. When reserving places use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ... They've got the best deals on resorts! Way better than using orbitz, priceline, hotwire. That's for sure!!!Excellent.. Strategically located for beach lovers. The hotel is massive and you never run out of space. We enjoyed our stay at casa grande hotel. The location was excellent, and the property is well maintained. The pool... area was really nice. The room was comfortable and clean. And the service was really professional throughout our stay. However, the hallway was really noisy so it did perturb our sleep. We were disappointed with the quality of the food as well. It wasn’t on par with the quality expected of this establishment.leia mais

I went there for a conference in Dec 2017. This resort was excellent. Although not all employees spoke English, they... tried hard and were extremely kind and patient. The restaurant in the resort is excellent. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were all amazing. There is one swimming pool and the place is directly across the street from a really nice beach.leia mais

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The included breakfast is wonderful and includes items like made-to-order omelets... and a fresh fruit and juice bar. I wasn't too impressed by the hotel's affiliated cafe or Thai restaurant, but there are other food options within walking distance. You're really here for the beach though, aren't you? It's steps away and monitored by attendants that will set up chairs and umbrellas for you. Room air conditioning is somewhat limited in the smaller rooms and I didn't have an iron or ironing board (and neither did the front desk when I called down). But the location can't be beat.leia mais

Great beach resort with nice up to date rooms. Staff was excellent and everything was like till should be. Used the... pool, tennis area and restaurant. Loved it and will come be.
