Mas o que sobressaiu foi o atendimento impecável da Andressa. Parabéns pelo seu empenho e sua atenção em nos deixar confortável e nos apresentar o cardápio.Contrário de td o elogio que deixo para a Andressa, o gerente N merece nem 1 vírgula. Gerente grosso, fala alto, chama atenção de funcionários na frente dos clientes, um acaso que aconteceu e cliente pedindo chopp a ele, ele não levou e culpou a garçonete que o cliente N tinha recebido a bebida. A deixando sem graça pela forma que falou c ela.Enorme falta de profissionalismo!Restante lugar agradável, com música ao vivo e bebidas geladas.Voltarei mais vezes só pra ser atendida novamente pela Andressa.leia mais

Terrible service, they keep rushing you to leave. At the entrance there is a sign warning of the amount of the cover... charge but it does not mention that it is mandatory and by law it cannot be mandatory to charge. They charged, even showing the law. Absurd, we were treated so badly, we didn't even get an hour of the show, the music was so loud that we couldn't even talk, I'll never go back to that place again! Localizado na praça de alimentação dentro do Shopping La Plage, a unidade conta com diversos tipos de massas e molhos e... você pode adicionar 5 ingredientes, eu escolhi o prato do dia que era Penne por R$25,90.Acompanhou um saquinho de queijo ralado e você também podia adicionar os temperos disponíveis na bancada como manjericão azeite entre outros.Alimentou super bem, a massa era boa, não era borrachuda. Terrible!!! We ordered a picanha and they simply sent a hard thigh because the meat was so fibrous! They took the meat... and brought another one, this time picanha or similar to picanha, but cold!!! It's absurd to pay almost 200 reais for a dish and the meat first comes hard, secondly having the embarrassment of asking for something minimal to be exchanged that is expected when you order a picanha and it doesn't come with a hard thigh, rice left there cooling along with the tapes and not even the slightest change or respect for the consumer!!Do not go!! Well... when I arrived I thought the bar was really cool... live music and such, we ordered a portion of potatoes with... cheedar, the cheedar was BAD !! It looked like water with flour and food coloring, it was simply horrible... well... then we ordered a portion of fillet content... the portion cost 109.00 reais... I already thought the price was absurd... and to make matters worse it was even more for the portion of ONION!! That's right... as shown in the photo, I paid 109 reais to eat onions. Well cool... I went to complain to the waiter, he went to talk to the owner of the bar to see if he could send a little more meat, but the intransigent owner who is... (I received this information from the employees themselves) did not accept it and I said that the portion was the same... so I said that I would make a complaint here on Google so that other people would not be robbed like I was!! A real horror show with the tourist who comes to enjoy Guarujá, bad service, grumpy waiters who looked like they were... doing us a favor, they didn't answer, when we called they pretended they weren't seeing. When ordering beer, they take more than 40min to bring it, a real disappointment with a place that had everything to be one of the best in Guarujá but leaves a lot to be desired. Meu bar preferido do guaruja, meu queridinho e da minha família já. Sempre que estou no guaruja vou a noite pra lá.... Atendimento ótimo, preço acessível, sem aglomeração na parte interna, só pode entrar qd libera mesa, não podendo entrar para ficar fora das mesas, para quem tem medo do covid é ótimo.O melhor barzinho de carnaval com banda animadíssima. Fomos 2 dias no local pois estávamos hospedados bem próximos,: primeiro dia, o torresmo veio completamente queimado.... Segundo dia, até estava melhor, lotado e com boa música..ou seja, para divertir e beber é OTIMO, para comer NÃO! Apesar da cerveja gelada e atendimento bom, a comida deixa muito a desejar. Não tem como dar mais de uma estrela.... Pedimos porção de pastel e o de queijo veio sem queijo. O de carne era uma massa que estava suspeita pelo gosto e textura. Sanduíche é só ok. Nada de especial. O problema foi eu e minha esposa passarmos mal depois de comer esse pastel.
