Pedi um filé a milanesa e estava queimado com aparência ruim, o purê era industrializado e sem sabor, feijão aguado, não fiquei satisfeito com a experiência.

Fui ontem à noite jantar aí ,e vcs mandaram meu prato de comida faltando o feijão,e o prato do meu namorado n veio ,ele foi reclamar e vc disse que esquentaria meu prato no microondas,um descaso total,nota dó… vocês não sabem ,trabalhar direito e atender seu clientes

Estávamos em 4 pessoas, foram dois contra filés que estavam bons, uma calabresa acebolada que estava boa também e uma bisteca. As únicas falhas foram o arroz não ser fresquinho e a bisteca ser muito pobre poderia colocar mais uma do mesmo porte para salvar.

Trouxe um grupo de colegas pra ter uma experiência bacana, só decepção....
Comida horrível, peixe a milanesa com molho sem ferver, queijo sem derreter, peixe com gosto de velho...
Batata frita com óleo velho, meu colega pediu virado a paulista porém veio um caldo de feijão , banana frita no óleo de peixe .....
Comida deixou a desejar e fora a demora pra entregar os pratos mais de 30min de espera.....

Worst restaurant in Guarujá. No commitment or professionalism.
We ordered via ifood, THEY CONFIRMED THE ORDER and they simply didn't deliver after hours. Not to mention that we tried to contact you by phone and chat and it was not possible.
Even Ifood tried to contact them and it was not possible. Good thing the app canceled it and gave a coupon for the restaurant's great negligence!

I ordered at ifood, after more than 1 hour of delay in delivery, the restaurant does not respond, does not answer calls and does not allow canceling the order, never again!!!

Unfortunately, I had lunch with hake with shrimp sauce and I vomited a lot. I returned to São Paulo, the next day with vomiting, headache, chills, and very bad.
Thank God today I'm better. BUT, AN ALERT FOR THE KITCHEN !! Be careful what you serve to customers.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, THEY FORGOTTEN ME AT THE TABLE, I WENT TO ASK THE ATTENDANT AND HE REBUKED ME SAYING THAT I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED EVERYTHING TOGETHER... IT LOOKS LIKE A JOKE.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
