Awesome service, especially from Everton! He is very keen on keeping the customers happy and does a very good job! Ask... for his recommendations. You never can go wrong with them!Also, I need to say that Luciano is also very great and helpful!All around, Tahiti has a very good team!The food was delicious as always!Thanks again for the great experience!leia mais

(1) Bathrooms: really small, need better showers urgently. Just very weak.(2) Rooms: I took a mid priced/2nd tier one... (Iguaçu). Very small, bed is OK, TV too. There's a balcony, but with view to nothing. They say there's a side view to the beach. It is to laugh (or cry), but OK. It would be better expending less and getting something without this balcony on ground floor;(3) Breakfast: 6/10. Pretty decent, but very small room. There were lines to get a table and lots of people getting to close your table to access serving table;(4) Location: great, front beach view of Tortuga/Enseada beaches. However, this is basic from announcement/prices higher than avg. Also, places like restaurants aren't near enough (only few high priced ones, 4-5s near through walking distance);(5) Internet: ABOVE avg., with little interruptions. Impressive considering the low region avg. level. TV is good... So, possible to connect Chromecast etc. Very positive point;(6) Swimming pool and high floor open area. 7-8/10. Unfortunately, few chairs to get a sun tan. Also, the hotel has no control on noisy guests, with speakers and controversial music taste, lol. So... Sometimes you'd prefer to stay in another place instead of there, despite the nice view;(7) Staff. Like most places, uneven. Some great guys, in special during evening I found a very helpful and polite woman that helped us with stuff like glasses, plates and food services (iFood). Others, on the other hand, look like army generals without too much politeness when asked for a favor. On avg., just OK. 7/10.Overall rating, for me, 5/10. Bad cost/benefit. A once and for all experience. Next time I'd prefer to say more in center of Enseada beach or other hotel a bit more even in terms of prices and services. A bit in depth look in services like Google or other sites will list good or better alternatives.leia mais

There are lots of improvements that need to be done in order for Falls to claim they are a 4 star hotel. During our... stay we ran into numerous issues:1. The WI-FI is abysmal. It’s slow and only allows up to 3 devices to be connected with your login. We could only connect 2 and had to use a separate login for our 3rd device. We had to continually reconnect and login as the network wouldn’t stay connected during our entire stay.2. The ‘do not disturb/please clean the room’ sign was ridiculously confusing. There was an option for ‘clean room’ and ‘dirty room.’ ‘Clean room’ meant that you were requesting for them to come and clean the room while ‘dirty room’ meant you wished to leave the room dirty. We attempted both ways to no avail and had to request our room be cleaned at the front desk multiple times.3. Speaking of cleanliness, the bed sheets and towels supplied were not the cleanest. Multiple stains on each even though they claimed to have been ‘clean.’4. Noise. We have never stayed at such a noisy hotel. Noise echoes throughout the lobby and you can hear when any guest on your floor leaves their room or even is using their bathroom. You can hear staff rummaging through their closet to get cleaning supplies etc.5. Amenities. There are no cups, no table, etc. for you to sit and enjoy in your room. There is a tiny table out on your patio, but that’s about it. The room comes with a safe, but our safe was inoperable when we first arrived and needed to have it replaced before we could use it.The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea are nice. The pool area is also great, but the continuous problems with the room are too much to overlook to ever stay at The Falls in the future.leia mais

A huge disappointment.For the amount charged per night, we could not believe how much of a let down our hotel stay... was. We paid roughly R$2,800 for three nights.Firstly, the rooms all face the lobby, so not only can everyone hear you, but you can hear everything going on in other rooms.Our room was dirty upon checking, with long hairs all over the bathroom sink and shower.The room smelled of mold, and had a damp sent that didn’t disappear.The fridge in our room had a sign in it stating that it isn’t supposed to keep food cold, it just keeps it an ambient temperature.There is no iron for you to press your clothes, and no coffee pot to make your own coffee.The hotel is right next to a small pousada/inn that’s a much cheaper establishment—-and the patrons of that place were loud and booming music all hours of the night, all weekend.Breakfast was practically inedible. All of the breads were dry, we found short hairs in our eggs, and the juices were clearly powdered.The hotel room service is a joke—we ordered 3 espressos and waited over 30 minutes for them to be delivered (they’re literally just Nespresso, so the wait is absolutely unjustified).The bartender staff couldn’t properly make the drinks on their own menu, and even with no other patrons at the pool/rooftop bar, we waited close to 30 minutes for our drinks while the bartender was playing on his phone.I wouldn’t choose this hotel again if it was the last place available in Guarujá.Extremely disappointed.leia mais

The hotel is clean, new and well located. Service was very slow and too pricey.

Good Room, good staff and everything was perfect during my stay. If there is only a downside to the hotel is the pool.... Small and it was dirty with lotion (I know this is because of other people, but it should have a better drain)leia mais

Hotel has a great location. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place. Ar condition is far from great,... Parking garage is really tied, you can barely park. Garage spots not made for today's cars. Restaurant is very limited. Their menu doesn't offer a variety of foods. Room service doesn't refill the fridge, if your are out of water and is after 10pm you will have to grab a Uber and go to the market. Room service after 10pm is closed. I'm giving 3 stars because the room after all is clean. FALLS must improve significantly in order to charge what they charge.leia mais
